A visit, start to finish

What happens when you come in

No surprises, no upselling, no five hour mystery.

  1. 01Step 1 of 4

    We look before we touch

Scalp, edges, ends, density. If your hair is not ready for the style you booked, we say so and offer you something that works today.

  2. 02Step 2 of 4

    We detangle with patience

Damp hair, in sections, worked from the ends up. This is the part most salons rush, and it is the part that decides how much hair you keep.

  3. 03Step 3 of 4

We style at a tension you can live with

If it stings, tell us. We take it down and redo it. A style should not need painkillers, and tightness is not a sign of good work.

  4. 04Step 4 of 4

You leave knowing what to do next

How to wash it, how to sleep in it, when to take it down and what to watch for. Written down, not called after you at the door.

Come and see us

Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but clients who booked come first. Longer styles almost always need booking ahead.

The things people ask us

Still unsure about something? Ask on WhatsApp and Mariam will answer.

Ask on WhatsApp

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For eight of them, yes. Mini twists, mini braids, natural hair braids, Bantu knots and mini or micro twist loosening need 50% up front; micro twists and sister locs need 70%. Everything else is settled on the day. Whichever applies, the amount is on the confirmation step before you book.

What if I have to cancel or move my appointment?

Move it or cancel it from My bookings, any time before your appointment, and it costs you nothing either way. If you already paid a deposit, it follows you to the new day.

Can I bring my own extensions?

Yes. Bring them clean and pre-stretched if you can. We do not sell beads, and attaching beads you bring is an extra ₦500. Anything else that adds to the price — styling twists after they are in, or detangling hair that has matted — is quoted to you before we start, never added at the end.

My hair is relaxed or transitioning. Can you still work on it?

Yes. Tell us when you book so we plan the gentler approach and set aside the right amount of time.

Do you do children's hair?

Yes, threading and braids especially. Mention it in your booking notes so we allow for it.
